Hello I am a cousin from Deepak I seen it all

Natalee Holloway had been at the casino, and had been drinking with the Joran Van der Sloot he is as guilty as hell the creep slime vampire bat . The two brothers one called Satish and Deepak and Joran Van der sloot, and I thinks a fellow named Steve all creeps , whom had been arrested about this case in 2006, had a plan. They had done this type of thing to so many other other girls in Aruba before. They were to give Natalee a last drugged drink to go, and Joran was to put a drug in her drink, I think a 'Date Rape Drug". He did. Natalee was not really so drunk when she left with Joran Van der Sloot, she was drugged! by all means Joran had asked her to go with him to see the Light House she was pulled to the car . Natalee was not sure about going and had refused at first , but with the drink and the drug in it, she followed him to the awaiting car like a sheep waiting to be slaugthered. It was just her and Joran Van der sloot, not the rest of the guys in the car , as has been reported by other withnesses. Joran started to drive to the Light House but Natalee passed out cold almost as soon as she got in the car! Joran then turned around and drove to a beach close to her hotel! He parked and dragged her out of the car onto the beach where the other three guys came out of hiding. The two brothers and the Steve guy. They all took turns raping her and when the last brother was nearly finished, Natalee woke up but was very groggy, and the second brother finished, as she started to fight them off. They were very angry and surprised, as one of them who gave Joran the drug, was supposed to give enough to keep her out, nearly all night!They all held her down, as Joran put his hands over her nose and mouth and hit her aswell until she died! Remember, Natalee was very drugged but still managed to fight them off, as best she could. She was a good girl but at the wrong place at the wrong time . She had been tricked and drugged. Other girls had been victims, as well waking up on beaches in the morning light, knowing something terrible had happened to them, but not actually remembering what it was.

The boys had not expected Natalee to wake up, so this was a surprise to them all! One of them quickly called someone the father of Joran van der Sloot and soon another car drove up to the parking spot on the beach. This person brought a black, zippered, coroner's, body bag. They then all helped put her inside. I couldn't see the face of the man who came with the bag, but thought it strange that someone could come up with a body bag so quickly! Next they put Natalee in the back seat of the car who's owner brought the body bag. Natalee was inside the bag and it was dark, so they thought no one would be able to see into the back seat, and I assumed that they did not have to drive far to hide the body.

But fortunate there were other withnesses as well . The first gardener that worked for the Van der Sloot family was said to have been deported he seen it aswell but was sent home to where he came from with some money to keep his mouth closed. He was forced and taken by a small plane, to an island not more than 5 or 10 minutes away, from Aruba, to a 'Compound" in the jungle. The 'People running drug things in Aruba, did not want him to talk since he saw something that night the father of joran van der sloot carrying a big black bag and surely something weird , as he had already spoke to someone, a reporter, I think, and they would have killed him aswell, but it would have looked to suspicious, so they just said he was "deported". The first gardener was from a group of poor people , and came to Aruba to work for the Van der Sloots, in order to earn money for their poor family.So some main "withnesses " gone the drugbarons at the aruba drug kartell, so authorities didn't make any attempt to find him, as they thought he would never tell and he couldn't be found anyway. If those same people thought he had talked about what he saw, they would not hesitate to kill the entire poor family, so that no one would be left to talk! It would be mass genocide! He, however, did talk what he really saw that night to some guards that night , and some other people know about what actually happened. I have to say that at least two of the young men that raped Natalee, and killed her, went straight home after the beach to set up alibi's the bastards.
The First Gardener got up around 4 AM to 4:30 AM, or when ever his usual morning work begins, and that is when he saw the guys with the body bag. He knew something was terribly wrong but he quickly turned around and went back to where he slept until no one else was around. When this gardener, told the wrong person that he saw the Van der Sloot boy at a certain time, I think his first statement was correct. This was his only mistake, and they had to get rid of him. They had no idea he saw them with the black body bag. I cannot tell you where she is buried, as if one of them finds out I have repeated this much, they will try and move it. I just know some very powerful people way up in the island gourvernement with some powerfull influence on that Island helped those guys hide the body and coverup all the tracks.

The Dutch authorities sent those guys over to Aruba, as they had already been in trouble and they were an embarrassment to the Dutch Authorities. Joran Van der Sloot and the two brothers, would go to school and leave whenever they felt like it rich new kids and you know the rest aswell and the teachers were too afraid to call them on it!
Those three got away with first degree 'Murder' all the time. They finally got into such trouble that they had to be sent away. Joran was back in Aruba, at it again, along with his friends. but fled to Holland to the city Arnhem and sometimes city Haarlem in Holland
You know that the Island survives on it's drug and tourist industry. Many drugs are sent from Aruba. This is why the authorities are so afraid of this story, as they all get kick-backs from the drug money, I know there was a big up coverup meeting there were also six people who had a meeting this year in an Aruba Courtroom.
One included the current Judge. They were talking about the case, and especially about Satish Deepak. They said he was a loose cannon and unstable, and were worried that he might talk! It seems everyone, all adult, in that courtroom, knew what happened to Natalee including the Senior Van der Sloot, who was there in the room with the Judge and four others. They were not in session, as the Judge had his robe open and was standing around with the rest of these people.

Poor Natalee Holloway case is a real problem for Aruba may God have her soul, as she is not the only one who has gone missing because of the same type of action, or drugs. So the Drug kartell warned to sent Joran van der Sloot to Holland They cannot kill the entire Van der Sloot Family and the others that have been arrested, which would probably solve Aruba's problem, as far as the drug business goes.
I have seen that Joran Van der Sloot boy was wearing a blue and white stripped shirt the night Natalee was murdered, and Satish wore a blue T-shirt.

I have to say the gardener said Natalee, is buried under two false floors under the old gray garden shed, on the Van der Sloot property! But because if they catch wind me talking, the body will surely be moved! The first floor of the gardeners shed had some pallets for a floor, and under this floor is another false floor that has dirt over it, so it looks like the ground, but if you look closely, you will see two small handles near the edges of the floor that can be taken up. Even the present gardener doesn't know it's there. In this shed is a lawn mower, and a rake, a bucket and some garden tools. There is also a terrible odor that is partially from the fish cut up to fertilize the gardens. This is what throws them off the scent, so to speak. Natalee is not alone under there. There is another body in there with her,

His passing is so sudden,unexpected and has left all of us at a loss.

Jamie was one of us..who sincerely and diligently helped to probe for the
answers in Natalee's disappearance. I do believe his heart was right...

Jamie's part is so detrimental in the suit filed in Calfiornia...I just pray that God
does not let evil conquer good in that case.

Jamie Skeeters is a polygraph expert from California. He has helped the Holloway family in their search for Natalee. He is the one that taped Deepak and then the tape was shown in parts on the Dr. Phil show.

The Kalpoe's lawsuit is suing Dr. Phil and Jamie Skeeters.

I am so sorry that Jamie seemingly passed without warning. It is very traumatic to those who loved him that he passed in this way. However, to Jamie and God, it now makes sense that God took him when He did.

Jamie seemed to be...at least to me, although I did not know him personally...to be a very kind and truly caring man. He certainly gave so much of his time and strength to helping those who needed his expertise.

May God give Jamie's family "the peace that surpasseth all understanding" during this difficult time of loss. I pray they innately are aware Jamie will never truly leave them. God bless Jamie in his spiritual journey homeward, and God bless those he leaves behind.

Natalee Holloway's Stepfather Seeks Divorce

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Jan. 5) - The stepfather of Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teen who disappeared in Aruba in 2005, has filed for divorce from Holloway's mother, Beth Twitty.

George "Jug" Twitty filed divorce papers in Jefferson County Circuit Court on Dec. 29. The court filing said the couple separated Dec. 15 and have "such a complete incompatibility of temperament that the parties can no longer live together."

The Birmingham News reported the court filing Friday.

Jug Twitty declined comment on the divorce proceedings, and a phone message left for Beth Twitty on Friday was not immediately returned.

The couple attracted international attention after Holloway, then 18, disappeared in Aruba on May 30, 2005, while on a graduation trip with fellow students from Mountain Brook High School.

The Twittys appeared together during the early stages of the search. As it dragged on, Jug Twitty returned to Birmingham, and Beth Twitty remained in Aruba for almost three months.

After an unsuccessful search, Beth Twitty returned to Alabama and founded the International Safe Travels Foundation. She now spends much of her time traveling to speak to high school students.

The Twittys were married on July 26, 2000 - a second marriage for both.

Jug Twitty filed the divorce papers shortly after Beth Twitty and her daughter's father, Dave Holloway, filed suit against two former suspects in the case, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe. The suit, filed in California, claimed the Kalpoe brothers intentionally caused fatal injuries to Holloway.

Two lawsuits have been filed in the case of a college student who vanished in Aruba nearly two years ago, FOX News has learned.

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, two of the young men last seen with Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teenager who disappeared in Aruba in May 2005.

The suit of Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court as a related case to a defamation lawsuit the Kalpoe brothers filed Wednesday against pop psychologist and talk show host Dr. Phil, CBS and Paramount, among others.

"All we want is justice for our daughter," Twitty said in a press release issued about the civil case. "There is no doubt in my mind that Deepak and Satish played a role in my daughter's death and should be held accountable. It's unconscionable that they have not been punished so far."

Allegations against the Kalpoes, who are residents of the Caribbean island where Natalee Holloway was traveling on a class trip when she vanished without a trace, say the brothers caused her death by "intentionally, negligently, wantonly ... unlawfully conducting themselves," bringing about injuries that proved fatal.

The Kalpoes' suit against Dr. Phil, whose real name is Phillip C. McGraw, maintains that an interview filmed with the brothers "was manipulated and later broadcast by the 'Dr. Phil' show as being accurate and which portrays Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe 'as engaging in criminal activity against Natalee Holloway and constitutes defamation per se.'"

Natalee Holloway was last seen alive with the Kalpoes and a Dutch teen, Joran van der Sloot, in a gray Honda early on the morning of May 30, 2005. The brothers and van der Sloot have all been arrested in connection with her murder and later released, but none have been brought to trial.

Van der Sloot Revisits Aruba Beach, Says Nightmare Doesn't End

Former Chief Suspect in Natalee Holloway Case Speaks to ABC News

Sept. 5, 2006 — It's been more than 15 months since Alabama teen Natalee Holloway disappeared on the island of Aruba during a high school graduation trip.
In that time there have been frantic searches, dwindling hopes, and serious missteps in the investigation.
Much of the attention about what happened to Holloway has been focused on one young man, Joran van der Sloot, a Dutch native of Aruba who, according to his own words, was the last known person to be with Holloway.
ABC News' Chris Cuomo recently traveled to Aruba for an exclusive interview with van der Sloot, who said he had not harmed Holloway.
Since that time, investigators have proven nothing different.
Now 19, van der Sloot says that, in a way, the night he met Holloway has never ended.
"All the time, all the time it's going around my head," he told Cuomo.
Still Being Punished
While he is no longer being detained, van der Sloot is still a prisoner of the speculation surrounding the student's disappearance.
"I think for a lot of parts I've been unfairly treated, because I had nothing to do with this, and a lot of people seem to think I do," he said.
That's due in large part to his initial statements about the night the 18-year-old went missing.
At first, van der Sloot and two friends said that they had dropped Holloway off at her hotel at the end of the evening, but later van der Sloot said that he had taken the American teen to the beach.
The lie landed him in jail, but after three months, police could not tie him to any crime.
He was released in September and talked to ABC News in February to explain his deception.
"I didn't want anyone to know. I didn't want anyone to know I left her at the beach," he said.
That explanation hasn't stopped the media scrutiny.
"It's goes too far, definitely in the American media," van der Sloot said. "I was here with my girlfriend on vacation, and some tourists filmed us. … And they called me a predator on the beach again, going after a girl, American girl, an American tourist. And I was there on the beach with my girlfriend that I had been with for six months now."

'I Would Have Done a Lot of Things Differently'
Van der Sloot, a Dutch citizen, returned to Holland for college, abandoning his one time dream of attending school in the United States.
He says life is normal enough there.
He's meeting girls, and making friends is not a problem.
When he comes back to Aruba, though, the past still haunts him.
"Of course it doesn't feel good when like, you saw, people putting the cameras out and screaming, 'Where is she? What did you do with her?' And that doesn't feel good. It doesn't make you feel good," he said.
Van der Sloot says he often thinks about how different life would be if he had gone home earlier that night and had never taken Holloway to the beach.
"And I say, 'Yeah, what if? What if?' But I can't change all those things anymore," he said. "Of course if I would have known all this would have happened, I would have done a lot of things differently."
His concern now is for his future, and van der Sloot says he wants the killer to be caught so he can close that chapter of his life for good.
"That's the worst part, because there's always the 'if' question. What if? You know? You were the last person with her, all these things."
"And if no one knows or no one comes forward or tells or yeah, they don't solve the case, you're always gonna have people saying, you were the last person with her."

Just a little late on the gravy train, those Aruban Cops. Not the best time to be negotiating. Same for the new Colombian witness. He may get only scraps. The Story of Father's Day

* Father's Day, contrary to popular misconception, was not established as a holiday in order to help greeting card manufacturers sell more cards. In fact when a "father's day" was first proposed there were no Father's Day cards!
Mrs. John B. Dodd, of Washington, first proposed the idea of a "father's day" in 1909. Mrs. Dodd wanted a special day to honor her father, William Smart. William Smart, a Civil War veteran, was widowed when his wife (Mrs. Dodd's mother) died in childbirth with their sixth child. Mr. Smart was left to raise the newborn and his other five children by himself on a rural farm in eastern Washington state. " In 1924 President Calvin Coolidge supported the idea of a national Father's Day. Finally in 1966 President Lyndon Johnson signed a presidential proclamation declaring the 3rd Sunday of June as Father's Day.
Father's Day has become a day to not only honor your father, but all men who act as a father figure. Stepfathers, uncles, grandfathers, and adult male friends are all honored on Father's Day.

With a recap of the Fox News coverage, the media now rests waiting for something to emerge that will shed new light on the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Their theories to date have led them nowhere but they proudly present all they have done as an example of an exhaustive search. This column is a reminder of what they haven’t done or considered.

First of all they have not given a hard look at a possible motive for her disappearance. I covered this is a previous article you can find under my other articles. This is a key determinate that all investigations pursue. Motive answers why someone would want to abduct Natalee. I use the word abduction because murder is premature. Without any evidence to support this crime , abduction was seldom considered. You will note that the media seldom mentioned this possibility. They focused mainly on the what they assumed had happened to Natalee ( i.e she had been murdered ). This focus in spite of no evidence to support it- evidently was their vision of what would be most news worthy. The results speak for themselves.

Where does that now leave us? It leaves us reviewing the whole case from the standpoint of what went wrong in the investigation that nothing was turned up. This leads us to the investigators and their methodology. This leads us to a review of their theories on what happened and why they looked where they did. It leads us to ask why there is not an internal review process being conducted and if it is , when will the results of that investigation be made public? Concluding they did all that they could -with no results is unacceptable. It is unacceptable to the grieving family and it is unacceptable to Natalee’s hope and it is unacceptable to the country of Aruba. For the reputation of either a corrupt or incompetent police investigation will not enhance visitors to flock to a country where they may disappear and never be found.

It is in everyone’s interest except the guilty to dig deeper into the case. One could excuse the performance of the investigation as a lack of leads or evidence but that begs the question Why? With a reward and a small island to search , false arrests ( based on what?) and screwball theories tossed out by a chief investigator, the lack of leads and evidence rings phony. Unless these red herrings can be satisfactorily be explained it is time for the investigation to focus on the methodology and the agency doing the investigation. This must be asked for- and insisted upon - to either exonerate the investigation team or find it’s faults. The evident hope of the guilty party is to play for time until public opinion becomes resigned that the crime falls into the unsolvable category.

This is almost too obvious. At the slightest hint of bad publicity, an arrest comes forward only to vaporize without information. This is the tactic of “doing something” just as a worker can appear to look busy. It is not leading to results : therefore, it is not aimed at solving the crime. Random arrests appear to be attempts at effort but when this effort becomes a visible ploy, serious interrogation of the reason for the technique must be activated. Those responsible should be aware they are either encouraging skepticism or if they are involved, looking more and more guilty as time passes. This is because if they are hiding something they have no other choice to pursue. They cannot find what will incriminate them and they cannot expose what they want to hide.
If nothing Could be done it would be a far different story. But something Can be done and it isn’t. This is what makes this case so intriguing. If it were fiction there would be thousands of readers questioning the events, possible motives and who was involved? There would be an expectation the conclusion of the book would reveal the culprits. Nothing would be excluded as possible and an elaborate plot to abduct young attractive girls including corruption and cover up would be brought to light, the villains caught and the ending would be satisfactory. There would be no loose ends left hanging and there would be no public acceptance of the nonsense the crime was unsolvable. But this is a real case and as such is not just something an author dreamed up. A real person disappeared, a real person abducted her and a real person ( or persons) is out there thinking they are not going to be found out.

The only thing these criminals have to hope for is disinterest. That isn’t going to happen. In the first place, there are too many unanswered questions and in the second place another similar crime will cast light on what has been going on. Criminals have to try again when they succeed and it is only a matter of time until they do. It would be better for all if that didn’t happen. Digging into the investigation may prevent the need for another victim and reveal what really happened to the girl from Alabama.

Dutch Pedophiles to Launch Political Party

AMSTERDAM (May 30) - Dutch pedophiles are launching a political party to push for a cut in the legal age for sexual relations to 12 from 16 and the legalization of child pornography and sex with animals.
The Charity, Freedom and Diversity (NVD) party said on its Web site it would be officially registered Wednesday, proclaiming: "We are going to shake The Hague awake!"
The party said it wanted to cut the legal age for sexual relations to 12 and eventually scrap the limit altogether.
"A ban just makes children curious," Ad van den Berg, one of the party's founders, told the Algemeen Dagblad (AD) newspaper.
"We want to make pedophilia the subject of discussion," he said, adding that the subject had been a taboo since the 1996 Marc Dutroux child abuse scandal in neighboring Belgium. "We have been hushed up. The only way is through parliament."
The Netherlands already has liberal policies on soft drugs, prostitution, and gay marriage, but the NVD is unlikely to win much support, the AD quoted experts as saying.
"They make out as if they want more rights for children. But their position that children should be allowed sexual contact from age 12 is of course just in their own interest," anti-pedophile campaigner Ireen van Engelen told the daily.
The party said private possession of child pornography should be allowed although it favors banning the trade of such materials. The broadcast of pornography should be allowed on daytime television, with only violent pornography limited to the late evening, according to the party.
Toddlers should be given sex education and youths aged 16 and up should be allowed to appear in pornographic films and prostitute themselves. Sex with animals should be allowed although abuse of animals should remain illegal, the NVD said.
The party also said everybody should be allowed to go naked in public.
The party's program also includes ideas for other areas of public policy including legalizing all soft and hard drugs and free train travel for all.

Interesting Rumors

Here's some interesting rumors I've heard lately...well, actually two of these I've been able to confirm. I am trying to confirm the rest as quickly as I can! Can you guess which two are verified as true?

1. A website at www.realarubajustice.ru was up from 03/01 to 03/04. It had news photos of Paulus, Joran, the Kalpoes, and Steve Croes, and each had a bounty: $20,000 U.S. for Paulus DEAD, $30,000 for K2 and Steve Croes DEAD, and $100,000 for Joran DEAD. The website was traced to Bialystok, Poland (the .ru is domain suffix for Russian websites).

2. Joe Mammana has taken some of his wealth and invested it in stocks so that he has a steady supply of money to pay his PIs for investigating and watching the van der Sloots.

3. Some of Holloway-Twitty supporters are raising money to buy and donate a copy of Dave's book to the public library of each state capitol in the U.S.

4. Joe Mammana is going to buy some of Dave's books, get them autographed, and auction them off to help Dave get his Natalee Holloway Foundation off the ground financially (the foundation is non-profit but this qualifies as a donation).

5. There is an upcoming America's Most Wanted that will be all about Natalee and her family's efforts, ordeal, and future plans. I understand it will air Memorial Day weekend.

6. One group of concerned Americans are investigating the legalities and lawfulness of encouraging an all-out political revolution and governmental overthrow in Aruba from the U.S.

A mother's search for her daughter and a fallen Marine's unrealized dream took center stage Friday at the 24th annual Hoover Mayor's Prayer Breakfast at the Wynfrey Hotel.
Many in the crowd of nearly 700 wiped away tears as guest speaker Beth Holloway Twitty of Mountain Brook recounted daughter Natalee Holloway's disappearance in Aruba last year and her family's quest for answers.
Along the way, prayers from people across Birmingham and the world have given them hope, she said.

"Hope is always there for us. Sometimes we forget to embrace it," she said. "My prayer for you is that you will let hope find you today."
Mayor Tony Petelos and the city's police department also honored Ryan Winslow, a Hoover Marine killed in Iraq in April. Winslow had planned, after completing his service, to return home and become a Hoover police officer.
During the breakfast, Police Chief Nick Derzis named Winslow an honorary Hoover police officer. Derzis gave a framed certificate, a badge, police patches and a commission card to Winslow's family.
Before Twitty's speech, she showed a video that featured pictures of her daughter and the investigation into her disappearance, which has been chronicled in international media reports. Holloway disappeared last May during a graduation trip.
In the days following her daughter's disappearance, Twitty recalled going to a chapel that sat on an Aruba hillside lined with white crosses. She knelt at each cross and prayed, begging God to return her daughter. She felt an overwhelming peace and knew that God had wrapped his arms around Natalee, she said.
Since then, her family has experienced an outpouring of love from all over, she said, through letters, gifts and prayers.
Twitty said the gestures have known no religious or denominational boundaries, and she has worn the Star of David alongside rosary beads.
"I never thought twice about what religion was what," she said. "I embraced all religions and denominations that embraced me.

NATALEE HOLLOWAY CASE~The Element of Motive

I came across another really good article from a excellent writer, thinker, call it what you want. He makes some really valid points. It leaves you wondering about the whole case. He has written several article pretaining to this case. Link at the end of this post.

People do not commit crimes without a motive. The motive may be irrational, but it is what motivates them to violate the rights of another person or persons. The criminal expects that by violating a victim’s right to life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness they will gain or alleviate something that is impeding their wishes. Whether the criminal is seeking property or the elimination of a witness, they assume the violation of the victim’s rights will resolve the impediment to their desires. The criminal may be delusional, incompetent or simply vicious, but when they act, something moves them, even if they are acting in a blind rage to attack their victim. It may be so deranged that it is hardly comprehensible to a rational observer, but no one acts to violate the rights of another person without a motive unless they suffer from a random outburst of mental instability often referred to as insanity.. Thus, the insanity defense is the defense of last resort for criminal action. That is not what we are dealing with in the Natalee Holloway disappearance.
Someone(s) abducted Natalee. If she had simply run off as some naive pseudo-sleuths have proposed ,one would have to ask why and secondly why has she not been seen? This was no runaway bride scenario. Who runs away on a small island if escape is the motive? There are far better locations she had access to and there was no history of any discontent. There is nothing to indicate she was or is a runaway. Which brings us back to the motive of someone to abduct her. Why would anyone want Natalee? The first question then becomes, what did she possess that a criminal would want? Did she have a lot of cash on her person? Was she robbed and then murdered to prevent a witness from identifying the criminal? That conjecture certainly doesn’t fit with any of the evidence so far revealed. What then would motivate a criminal to abduct Natalee?
A young boy like Joran evidently had a desire to be with Natalee for some reason as he admits he was with her and they even expressed affection for each other. And one could conjecture that affection led to arousal and rape was the end result. This scenario has a lot of flaws. First of all, rape is a crime of violence and is not initiated by affection. Secondly, there is no evidence of a pattern of sexual violence by Joran and the likelihood that he was that overcome with passion that night would indicate someone desperate for a sexual encounter. Arriving after midnight to the “party” is hardly indicative of someone seeking desperately to have a sexual encounter. Joran was known by many girls and it strikes me as highly unlikely he would pick someone he had only known for a brief period as someone he desperately had to have sex with. And if he was going to achieve submission through affection would he invite other boys to tag along?
Enter the Kaploe brothers. Was this a gang rape gone bad? From what we know from Joran, he was not on a personal friend basis with the brothers. They ‘drove him around’. This was what he indicated on his interview on Fox with Greta Van Sustran. Whether he is believable is of course another question. But strictly from a motive standpoint ,why would three boys suddenly decide to accost a visiting female knowing she would not be easy. If she were easy and had invited them, there would have been no motive for harm. Joran didn’t know any easy marks for such an episode? Doesn’t fit with what we know of motivational behavior. Imagine Joran saying to the brothers,” I met this girl and I think we can rape her and hide her body so no one will find her”. And the brothers would reply, “ Yeah that sounds like a great plan.” If this sounds plausible I expect abduction by aliens would also fit.
This brings us back to what could have possibly happened to Natalee and who had a motive to do her harm? With sex and violence out of the picture and running away not credible, we have to look at the possibility that she was herself a valuable commodity to someone for some purpose. This would suggest an abduction for profit. And here we see the most plausible motive. There is human trafficking in the Carribean. This is known. There is the opportunity for abduction. There are visiting attractive young females. and there is a lot of money to be made from selling their “services” by those involved in the criminal trade. Whether Joran and his drivers had anything to do with abducting Natalee has yet to be proven. But the motive of a payoff or island privilges could very well have had a role in asisting the abduction of Natalee.
What specifically was the reason Joran considered Natalee someone he was interested in? If it was a casual encounter, does it follow that he would “make out” with her and just dump her with no further interest whatsoever? And if she was upset with him for some reason would she not have asked him to take her home? But what if someone said to Joran, “ If you will bring a girl to a specified location at a certain time you will be extended casino privileges. All you have to do is drop her off and leave. We’ll take care of the rest.” Is this so far fetched that it couldn’t happen and if it didn’t, then what is the answer to where Natale disappeared to? We have already considered the runaway scenario and the sex scenario and found them wanting. But what about this possibility?
This option has the issue of motive clearly established. And if money was the motive what would be the downside of attempting such an abduction? The downside for any criminal is getting caught. And how does a criminal avoid getting caught? Either he is so clever that he knows where law enforcment will be when he commits the crime or he has a connection that he can pay off to look the other way. Since the possibility of a police officer or a camera or a radar for boats leaving the island ( which I understand is under police jurisdiction) could spot some unusual behavior the buy off option is the most plausible. If you are in the highly lucrative human trafficking business one of the costs of doing business has to be avoiding confronntation with authorities by pay offs. There was probably not a concentration of this activity on one island as just a bank robber doesn’t hit a bank in the same vicinity if he suspects this may call too much attention to his activity. Suppose it just happened to be the night for an Aruba pickup and Joran simply picked Natalee because she mistook his attention for a genuine interest in her. He offered her a ride back to her hotel and took her to the pickup point, dropped her off and maybe doesn’t know what happened to her but that wasn’t his assignment.
Since he was seen with her it would have looked very suspicious if the polce has not at least picked him up. But what motivated them to be so secretive about their interrogation? Would it not have been a feather in their hat to grill him and the Kalpoe brothers, pitting them against each other until one finally cracked? There is no indication that the interrogation had any such element. The recorded conversation did not reveal anything significant. Why? If the boys had known what had happened after they dropped her off at the drop off point, wouldn’t they have discussed or speculated? Instead they talked in generalities and revealed nothing. Maybe this too was a ploy to show the world that the police was secrretly recording and trying to get answers for questions they already had answers they did not want to make public. It all fits so well with the motivation of money. Why would the police be protective of a potential criminal unless they wanted to be sure Joran and the Kalpoe brothers didn’t spill the beans. Getting Joran to go on television with instructions to avoid any implication of the authorities would also fit as an attempt to demonstrate his involvement was not significant. If they can get Joran exonerated by the public they are practically home free. For there is no known closer link to her disappearance. Making another arrest also diverts attention for Joran and further dilutes the case and this is the motive behind the display of ineptitude, the endless unproductive searching and the wild speculation , resignations and the portrayal of having cnducted an exhaustive search. For if it were found that the police had colluded with a ring of human traffickers the outrage by the populalce could bring down the government and the wrath of would be tourists. There is a huge amont of motivation that such involvement be diverted in any way it can be. But the facts of the case center around the motivation of the abductors and this aspect of the investigation has been almost avoided. It is the central driving force that explains why anyone would cause Natalee to disappear. Motive must be analyzed and openly discussed, for the why of the abducttion leads to the possible actors and their actions. Waiting for evidence to appear does not constitute an active investigation. The element of motive is a central component leading to possible suspicious behavior. Consider it carefully and you may come to some surprising conclusions that will make you wonder why certain avenues of investigation haven’t been and are not being pursued. For whatever your theory, motive must be a central component. And in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, it has mostly been overlooked.

Nothing new in the case today. I did however, see this article.
The boycot seems to be working. I think ARUBA knows who is responsible for Natalee's dimise but the definate proof just isn' t there based on their screwed up laws. That's a shame. :o(

ORANJESTAD, Aruba -- From the dusty, cactus-studded center of this Caribbean island to its palm tree-lined resort beaches, few leads have been unexplored in the disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway.All the investigations, arrests, rumors and intense media coverage in the 11 months since Holloway disappeared have taken a toll on islanders. Hundreds of people have been questioned, said prosecutor's spokeswoman Mariaine Croes, from beach workers, fishermen and the homeless to the scions of well-off families. At least nine have been arrested and released without charges.

Hundreds of volunteers, Dutch Marines, the local coast guard, the FBI and others have scoured the island's dunes, beaches and trash dumps. Scuba divers and sonar-equipped coast guard ships have examined the seabed offshore.With the case still unsolved, islanders now fear that Aruba, which gets 70 percent of its gross domestic product from tourism, will be permanently scarred by the mystery.The island off the coast of Venezuela has beautiful white sand beaches and is home to a lively mix of Europeans, Caribbean immigrants and descendants of the original Arawak Indians. But islanders now fear they'll be known only for the night when a single U.S. tourist vanished.A recent ``Lonely Planet'' guide devoted one of its four paragraphs on Aruba's 4,000-year history to the Holloway case.``We're concerned about the negative publicity,'' said Myrna Jansen-Feliciano of the Aruba Tourist Authority.Locals are quick to call the case a tragedy and say they hope Holloway _ last seen leaving a bar with three young men early on May 30, 2005 _ will be found alive. But most also believe criticism of the investigation is unfair _ and they worry the case is scaring away visitors, most of whom are Americans who patronize U.S. chain restaurants and hotels that accept U.S. dollars.They're especially angry that cable TV crime shows echo criticism by Holloway's mother, Beth Twitty, that Aruban authorities are corrupt and incompetent. And they're enraged that the governors of Arkansas, Georgia and Alabama have criticized the investigation and backed a travel boycott of Aruba.``They're saying bad things about Aruba. Maybe if it is Aruba's fault, they can say bad things. But if it's not, they shouldn't,'' said Jason Angela, a 15-year-old Oranjestad student.Hotel occupancy was down 3 percent through February compared to the year before, Jansen-Feliciano said. Big hotels were hit particularly hard -- down 10 percent. It is unclear whether the drop is a result of bad publicity and the boycott or of rising hotel rates.And while some businesses that rent jet skis and take people tubing on the water report steady business, others blame a difficult low season last year on the Holloway case.The arrest of Geoffrey van Cromvoirt, 19, on April 15 underscored the close ties among members of the island community. The Dutch teen's father owns a private security company that had also employed the son of Police Commissioner Gerold Dompig, who voluntarily stepped down as lead investigator amid criticism.Police have said nothing about their latest arrest, of a 20-year-old man, identified by prosecutors by the initials A.B. He was released after six hours of questioning on Saturday.``I don't know who they're going to get next,'' said Danielle Gross, a 26-year-old friend of van Cromvoirt's. ``It is like a never-ending story.''
